Professionally, I am a seasoned executive with 30+ years of diverse experience in the entertainment, live event, and venue management industries on a global scale.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the industry’s most iconic organizations and collaborating with top-tier talent across creative, technical, and operational disciplines.

During my journey, I’ve led projects involving teams of 2,000+ individuals, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, overseen venue renovations and expansions, and delivered large-scale eventsacross North America. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, I successfully guided the safe reopening of a 1.8M sq. ft. venue under evolving public health mandates.

These initiatives created lasting economic and cultural impactin the communities and industries they served.

My background spans A&R and Public Relations in the Music Industry, Show Development and Production in Live Events, Senior-Level Event Management, Project Management, and Venue Operations. Along the way, I’ve built a flexible toolkit that includes CAD design, venue and project management, product development, case study reporting, and production support. This dual perspective allows me to stay agile and fluent across both creative and operational disciplines—essentially, industry bilingual.

Today, Pencil partners with venue management firms, experiential design agencies, and audiovisual professionals worldwide—helping teams stay sharp, efficient, and client-ready.
